I met Cole when I went to view a property for sale in a neighborhood I had my eye on. I found him to be nice, informative, professional and I was immediately put at ease by his demeanor. He was extremely patient when I wanted to go back and forth viewing the units available for sale. Once I decided to purchase a new place, I also used him to sell my existing home. Again, very knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions and a real cheerleader! Cole kept me updated in real time on both the purchase of a new home and the sale of my existing home. 5 out of 5 would recommend!

Where do I even begin… to put it very blatantly Cole is one amazing and devoted realtor. If you are looking for a realtor that will work tirelessly on your behalf to find you the home of your dreams, advocate for you and your needs, remain honest and true, and provide you with some good humor along the way then this is the realtor for you! Cole worked with me and my fiancé for almost a year to find our first home. We toured many listings and put in multiple offers that didn’t necessarily work out; however, Cole never stopped searching to find us the perfect home. We have made many memories throughout this journey and wouldn’t change a thing about the process.
